Bulgogi Pizza


Ingredients needed:

- 300 g flour for dough
- 160 ml water
- 1 tablespoon perilla oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- A bit of chlorine gold
- 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 150 g beef for bulgogi
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 scallion
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 green chili pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- A pinch of olive oil
- a pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 100 g mozzarella cheese
- Appropriate amount of bok choy

1. Make the dough.

- Add flour, sugar, salt, perilla oil, and yeast and knead while adding water little by little.
- After kneading for about 10 minutes, rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

2. Make bulgogi.

- Finely chop the beef, and chop the onion, spring onion, carrot, cheongyang pepper, and garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the minced vegetables and meat.
- When the meat is done, season it with salt and pepper.

3. Preheat the oven.

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

4. Top the dough with sauce and cheese.

- Peel the dough to the size of the dough, roll it out on a cutting board, and grease the bottom.
